FAQ

How do I know what size to order?
Measure how thick your desk is at the edge — most desks are 18–25 mm. Enter that number when you order and I print the clamp to fit it snugly. Just use a ruler against the edge of your desk.
What is it made of?
PETG — a tough, slightly flexible plastic that grips well and won't crack or sag under the weight of headphones, even near a sunny window. It's a step up from basic PLA for parts that hold weight.
How long until it ships?
Each hook is printed to order once your payment is received. I'll message you with the details after you order.
Can I get my name on it?
Yes! Choose "With your name" on the GripHook page and type up to 10 letters — it prints raised on the front.
Can you print my own design?
Yes — head to Custom Makes, pick a color and size, place your order, then email your file to david.ustayev@icloud.com.
How do I pay?
At checkout you choose Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. After you order, I send you the payment info. Once payment is confirmed, I print and ship your order.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Not yet — right now I only ship within the USA.
